Advertising & Billing Terms

Last updated: September 8, 2026

1. Support and scope

These terms apply to paid advertising on Open & Live. Read them together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Advertising and billing support is available at topdog@puremoney.lol. Include your receipt or order reference, but never your full card number. You must be an adult with authority to purchase for the named advertiser.

2. Placements and image handling

There are three placements: one top banner sized 728 × 90 pixels and two separate lower squares sized 300 × 300 pixels. Each lower square is sold separately. The top banner uses the conventional 728 × 90 leaderboard dimensions. The 300 × 300 squares are custom square placements, not described as the standard 300 × 250 medium rectangle. Responsive layouts may display a placement at a smaller proportional size. Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP file up to 3 MB with no more than 25 million decoded pixels. Images are decoded, resized to the slot, padded to preserve proportions, and converted to WebP. Animation is not preserved. You should supply an image matching the placement dimensions for best results.

3. Destination link and creative rights

Provide a valid HTTPS destination and a truthful brand name. Clicking an active ad opens the supplied link in a new tab. You are responsible for its security, availability, representations, legal compliance, redirect behavior and privacy practices. You warrant that you own or have permission to use the creative, marks and linked materials. You grant us a nonexclusive license to store, process, resize, display and deliver the creative for your campaign and retain reasonable records afterward. This does not transfer ownership of your brand.

4. Shared placement and fair rotation

Purchasing a placement buys participation in its shared rotation, not exclusivity. One ad is selected for each purchased placement when a camera begins its viewing interval. When two advertisers are active in a placement, the scheduler alternates their selections; with additional advertisers, it balances selections evenly among active campaigns. A lone advertiser receives that placement’s selections until another advertiser joins. Each placement rotates independently. New advertisers join at the current selection count rather than receiving catch-up credit for periods before they paid. Expired or suspended campaigns leave the rotation. The number of buyers is not capped, and additional buyers reduce your share.

5. What fairness does and does not mean

The scheduler balances server-side ad selections among eligible campaigns. It does not guarantee independently audited impressions, exact viewable exposure, a fixed number of visitors, clicks, conversions, revenue, geographic targeting, or equal results. A selection may not become a viewed impression because of ad blockers, connection failures, closed tabs, hidden tabs, unavailable images or other client behavior. Manual camera navigation may advance selection sooner. Seven seconds is the normal camera interval, not a guarantee that every viewer watches the whole interval. A selection counter is not a certified audience measurement.

6. Prices and billing intervals

All prices are in US dollars and apply per placement, per campaign. The 24-hour option costs $50 once and does not renew. The discounted subscription costs $1,200 at checkout and every 30 days thereafter, equivalent to $40 per day across the 30-day period. The ongoing daily option costs $50 at checkout and every day thereafter until cancelled. The phrase “keep a spot” means continuing participation in the shared placement; it does not convey ownership, exclusivity, a perpetual license or a permanent price guarantee. Any applicable amount collected is shown at checkout before you pay.

7. Activation and paid periods

Creative is uploaded before you leave for Stripe checkout. Payment must be confirmed by the server before the campaign enters the rotation. A successful checkout alone is not a guarantee of completed payment. For a one-time purchase, the service records the paid period from the payment transaction timestamp; confirmation normally activates the ad promptly. A subscription follows Stripe’s paid billing period. Temporary processing delays can occur. Your return page shows status and the current paid-through date. If a material activation delay reduces paid delivery, contact support for a review, extension or refund as appropriate.

8. Automatic renewal and consent

Subscription plans renew automatically at the displayed interval and amount until cancelled. Selecting a subscription and accepting these terms authorizes Stripe to charge the recurring amount to your chosen payment method. The 30-day plan is billed as $1,200 per 30 days, not $40 charged each day and not a varying calendar-month rate. The daily plan is billed $50 every day. Keep a copy of the order details and review the recurring amount in Stripe checkout. We do not add an unrequested subscription to a one-time purchase.

9. Cancellation and managing your order

After checkout, bookmark the private order URL. It includes a secret payment-session reference and allows you to cancel future subscription renewals. Choose “Cancel future renewals” before the next renewal. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; your ad remains eligible through that period unless removed for policy violations or a refund. A cancellation does not normally refund a charge already completed. If you lose the order link or cannot cancel, contact support promptly with your receipt reference. Do not share the private URL: anyone holding it may manage your subscription. One-time purchases expire automatically after their paid period.

10. Failed payments and renewal problems

If a renewal fails, Stripe may apply its payment-retry process. We do not extend ad delivery into an unpaid period. The previous paid-through time remains the limit until the next invoice is confirmed paid. Delivery may pause while a billing issue is resolved. Cancelling, deleting, disputing or changing payment details does not automatically erase prior obligations or records. Contact support if you believe an incorrect charge occurred.

11. Refunds and service failure

Purchases are generally nonrefundable once a campaign begins, and we do not ordinarily prorate unused time when you voluntarily cancel. Mandatory statutory rights take precedence. Duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, materially undelivered paid service or rejected creative may qualify for correction, credit, an extension or a refund based on the circumstances and applicable law. Contact support with the purchase date, order reference and problem. We will not characterize an unactivated, rejected or materially undelivered campaign as successfully delivered merely because payment succeeded. Traffic levels, low clicks or lack of conversions alone are not a service failure.

12. Prohibited advertising

Ads must be suitable for a general audience. Do not submit malware, phishing, scams, impersonation, misleading claims, hidden destinations, illegal goods or services, hate or harassment, graphic violence, sexually explicit content, exploitation of minors, invasive personal data, unlicensed use of intellectual property, or promotions prohibited by payment-provider rules. Claims involving health, finance, earnings or regulated products must comply with applicable requirements and must not mislead. We may suspend or remove an ad to investigate a credible complaint or protect users. Processing and automatic activation are not an endorsement or proof of compliance.

13. Changes, removal and complaints

A submitted creative and destination are associated with the order. To request a correction, replacement or removal, contact support. We may request documentation supporting rights or claims. Campaign modifications are not promised to be instantaneous. Report an unsafe or misleading ad with the brand name, placement, approximate time and a description. Do not include unrelated personal information. If we remove compliant paid advertising for our own convenience or discontinue paid delivery, contact support for an appropriate unused-period remedy; mandatory legal rights remain intact.

14. Receipts, privacy and disputes

Stripe processes payment and may provide receipts according to checkout and account settings. Retain your checkout confirmation and private order URL. The privacy policy explains order and creative storage. We may retain payment references, consent and delivery-selection records to resolve disputes and maintain financial records. You may raise a good-faith billing dispute. Contacting support first can help correct issues more quickly but does not waive rights you have under law or your payment agreement.

15. Future price or service changes

Displayed prices apply to the chosen checkout. We will not retroactively change a completed one-time purchase. Recurring price changes or material changes affecting active subscriptions require notice or consent where applicable; you can cancel before a future renewal. These terms do not guarantee a permanent audience, placement monopoly or lifetime availability. The revision date is shown above.
