LIVE & OPEN / LEGAL

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 8, 2026

1. Scope and contact

This Privacy Policy explains how Open & Live, operated through LaunchDock, handles information when you watch public camera feeds, purchase advertisements, or contact support. It applies to openandlive.com. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, advertising support, refunds, or camera concerns, email topdog@puremoney.lol. Please identify the request and provide enough information for us to verify it without sending passwords, card numbers, or identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure process.

2. Information collected when you watch

Our web server processes ordinary connection information such as your IP address, request path, browser headers, and access time to deliver the site, maintain security, and diagnose errors. Camera streams are delivered through our server. We do not ask for your location, camera, microphone, or an account to watch. We do not hack cameras or bypass authentication; an unsecured address is not treated as permission to broadcast a private camera. We do not use facial recognition or attempt to identify people appearing in a feed. Video originates from public camera providers; incidental personal information may appear in their broadcasts.

3. Advertiser information

When you purchase advertising, we receive your brand name, destination URL, uploaded creative, chosen placement and plan, consent to the advertising terms, order identifier, payment-session identifier, subscription identifier where applicable, payment status, paid-through date, and ad-selection counts. We store the uploaded creative and order record to deliver and administer the campaign. Payment information, billing contact details, fraud signals and receipts are handled by Stripe under its own privacy notice. We receive Stripe customer and payment references, but our application does not store full payment card numbers or security codes.

4. Local time and browser storage

The page reads your device’s local hour to choose light mode from 07:00 through 18:59 and dark mode from 19:00 through 06:59. This is a time-based approximation of day and night, not a measurement of sunrise or sunset. It does not request geolocation or send your local time to our server. A temporary random viewer identifier is generated in browser memory to deduplicate ad selections within the current page visit. It is not a persistent advertising profile. The current application does not set analytics or advertising-tracking cookies. Stripe or a destination website may use its own cookies when you visit it.

5. Why we use information

We use information to display feeds; deliver and fairly rotate advertisements; process, confirm and reconcile purchases; renew or cancel subscriptions; prevent duplicate processing, fraud and abuse; investigate technical or billing problems; respond to support; maintain records; and comply with obligations that apply to us. We do not sell personal information or build cross-site behavioral advertising profiles. Our ads are selected by placement rotation, not by profiling individual viewers.

6. Sharing and third parties

Information is processed by hosting and infrastructure providers and by Stripe for payments. Clicking an advertisement opens the advertiser’s website, which operates under its own policies. The share button opens X with prepared text only after you click; you decide whether to publish. Feed providers receive requests from our server. We may disclose relevant information when legally required, to protect users and systems, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. Public ad creatives, brand names and destination links are visible to visitors during the campaign.

7. Retention

Active order and creative records are retained while a campaign is being delivered and afterward as needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Current order records do not have an automatic deletion schedule. Temporary ad-cycle deduplication entries expire after approximately one minute. We do not maintain a camera recording library. Temporary video buffers may exist in the network, server response handling and your browser to make live playback work. Infrastructure access logs follow the host’s operational retention practices. Contact us to request deletion; some financial or dispute records may need to be retained.

8. Your choices and requests

You may stop visiting the service, decline to buy advertising, avoid external links, or use browser controls to manage cookies and playback. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your advertising order by contacting support. Where applicable law provides additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability, appeal or an authorized-agent process, you may request those rights as well. We will verify the request and respond as required by applicable law. We do not retaliate against users for exercising privacy rights.

9. Security and private order links

We use HTTPS, server-side payment processing, file validation, and restricted access to operational records. No system is guaranteed secure. Your successful-checkout page includes a private session link that can manage your subscription. Treat it like a password: bookmark it privately and do not share screenshots containing the full URL. If you lose it or believe it has been disclosed, contact support with your receipt reference. Never send complete card information by email.

10. Children and international access

Advertising purchases are intended for adults with authority to enter the transaction. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact support. The service and its vendors may process information in countries different from where you live. Where applicable, required legal safeguards and rights remain available.

11. Policy changes

We may update this notice to reflect changes to the service, vendors, or requirements. The revision date appears above. Material changes affecting existing purchasers will be communicated where required and where contact information is available. Questions or complaints may be sent to the support address at the top of this policy.
